Refund policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return a Product purchased through the Site, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please send our team an email at hello@gotjibeauty.com with “Return” in the subject line and include the order number, shipping zip code, list of product(s) being returned, and reason for return in the body of the message. We may decline a return if it fails to meet these criteria.
Once we approve your return request, please ship back the returnable item(s) to us at: Gotji Beauty, 2 Overhill Rd, Ste 400, Scarsdale, NY 10583. Returns must be mailed at your expense, and you must include a valid receipt to complete the process. Gotji does not take title to the returned Products until they are received, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method. We reserve the right not to offer refunds for products we do not receive. Once the returned product has been received and processed, we will issue a refund in whatever format you selected when initiating the return—either the original form of payment or store credit. Please note that refund timelines may vary based on your payment provider and billing cycle.
If the Product was purchased with a Gift Card, Gotji will issue your refund as store credit. If you are returning a gift, proof of purchase is required; the refund will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit for the gift recipient.
The refund will include the purchase price of the returned Product and any applicable sales tax. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If we determine that a returned Product is not eligible for return, we are under no obligation to return it to you and assume no responsibility for such items.
We reserve the right to investigate and reject return requests that we believe are unfounded, excessive, abusive, or fraudulent. This Return Policy is subject to change at our sole discretion.
