SMS MARKETING SERVICES
We may offer the option to receive SMS/text messages related to your purchases of marketing communications through our website, which is powered by Shopify. If you choose to opt in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring texts from us at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include order updates, delivery notifications, or promotional content. Shopify or its integrated SMS providers may assist in delivering these communications.

We will not share your consent with any other third parties, except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enable and operating our text messaging program.

CHILDREN'S DATA
The Site and Services are not directed to or intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information about children. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) Personal Information of individuals under 16 years of age.
SECURITY AND RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We take the safeguarding of your Personal Information seriously. We employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Information, including a secure web application firewall and robust security infrastructure. Your Personal Information is encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security, an industry standard secure technology. If we transfer your Personal Information out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Consumers residing in California are afforded certain additional rights with respect to their Personal Information under the California Consumer Privacy Act or (“CCPA”) (California Civil Code Section 1798.100 et seq.). If you are a California resident, these terms and conditions apply to you.
Gotji uses and collects your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, which include “business purposes” under the CCPA. We do not and will not sell your Personal Information for monetary compensation. However, the CCPA’s definition of “sale” is very broad, and may include situations where browsing data is sent to referral advertisers (when you click on an ad that sends you to Gotji, we may send a hashed identifier to the referring site so they can receive credit for the referral). We, along with thousands of other sites, may use these services from time to time. While we limit the information sent to what is needed to properly record the referral, the fact that you clicked on the link and visited Gotji may be added to your profile by the ad publisher. This is all done on the Site primarily through targeted advertiser cookies, and if you opt out of the sale of your Personal Information, we will turn them off. You may opt out of all “sales” of your Personal Information on the Do Not Sell my Personal Information page.
Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
